Wedding Hair Styles - The Good The Bad and the Very Ugly
When I was younger I thought prom was the end all and be all, THE Major event, but the day you accept a marriage proposal is when you’ll learn that you were sadly mistaken. A wedding involves a lot of planning and if you have no one to lean on it is difficult. There are a zillion things you have to remember and prom is a walk in the park compared to a wedding.
Anyway as far as wedding hair styles are concerned they have to be planned well in advance, the trial, the appointment on the day, coloring, perfect length, ultimately to have the most beautiful hairdo ever. I mean first-rate expectations aren’t unreasonable for a bride, are they?
A few years ago I was invited to a family wedding, never really liked my cousin she was so vain and a bit nasty. Well her parents had a lot of dough and as you can imagine everything had to be perfect. Her hairstylist was some “guru” who had done exceptional wedding hair styles or so she claimed, but my cousins hair turned out - well to be honest quite nice.
After the whole entourage was ready they started taking photos in the garden, before the church service. Because of family duties I also had to be at the photo session and it was getting pretty boring, until some ear-piercing shriek startled us all. Yes - it was my cousin; the worst imaginable thing happened, on this the most sacred of all days and managed to target her. Some flying critter, probably a bird was sitting on a branch just above the bride minding his own business, but a green-yellowish, smelly business soon found its way onto her immaculate hairdo….. As you can imagine she was devastated, her hair and make up had to be done again on - the up side though at least the photos were completed.
There goes a lot of planning into wedding hair styles and if you’re getting married soon watch out for those damn birds.
